A walima is usually the biggest room of the wedding. We plan the stage, the guest tables and the entrance together so the room feels finished, and we work around your hall’s setup window and rules.

How much does walima decor cost?

For events of 150–200 guests: a bride & groom stage starts from $800, sweetheart table decorations from $500, table centerpieces from $1,500, entrance decorations from $1,500, candles and table accessories from $600, and delivery, setup and removal from $500. Your final price depends on your design, guest count and venue.

How far ahead should we book walima decor?

As soon as you have a date and a venue. Weekend dates in wedding season are reserved first, and an earlier start gives the design time to develop. If your walima is soon, still ask and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.

Can you work with our banquet hall’s rules and timing?

Yes. Tell us the venue and its setup window. We plan delivery and setup around the hall’s access times and remove everything after the event.

We have fewer than 150 guests. Can you still help?

Yes, small walimas and family dinners are welcome. The starting prices are for 150–200 guests; a smaller room usually needs fewer centerpieces, so we quote to your actual guest count.
